AbbVie: AbbVie has appointed Jerome Bouyer as senior vice president of Europe. 

EUREGHA: Michele Calabrò has joined EUREGHA, the network of European Regional and Local Health Authorities, as director. 

European Confederation of Pharmaceutical Entrepreneurs (EUCOPE): Leander Vranken has joined the European Confederation of Pharmaceutical Entrepreneurs (EUCOPE) as its new policy officer, in charge of digital health-related issues.

European Construction Industry Federation: Philip Crampton is the new president of the European Construction Industry Federation. 

Grundfo (Brussels Office): Michael Hunnicke has been appointed as head of EU public affairs for the energy and water efficiency company.

Instinctif Partners: Instinctif Parters has appointed Paul Sweetman as director. 

Microsoft: Marc Mossé has left Microsoft to join Paris-based August Debouzy law practice.

Plastics Europe: Plastics Europe has appointed Marco ten Bruggencate, Dow’s Commercial Vice President for Packaging and Specialty Plastics EMEA as President. He succeeds Markus Steilemann, CEO of Covestro.

Rud Pedersen: Jean-Philippe Azoulay joins Rud Pedersen’s Food and Agriculture practice as a senior advisor. He was previously vice president at plant-based company Roquette and the director general of CropLife Europe. Eva Maere joins as a consultant in Rud Pedersen’s Environment practice. She was previously at the Norwegian Mission to the EU.

The Centre for Information Policy Leadership: The Centre for Information Policy Leadership has appointed Natascha Gerlach as the organization’s new director of EU privacy and data policy. 

The European Biogas Association: The European Biogas Association has appointed Anders Mathiasson as president

The Investment Company Institute (ICI): The ICI  has appointed Victor van Hoorn to lead European operations for ICI Global, which represents the worldwide regulated investment fund industry and the interests of long-term investors.
